Create your own interview question templates

Updated over 4 months ago

Read on to learn how you can create interview question templates and set these up at different stages of your jobs.

Go to Interview Questions in Organization Settings shown below. Please note only admin users can access Organization Settings.

You will see your existing Interview Question template(s) here. To create a new template, hit Add Interview Questions.

Step 1: Give your template a name.

Step 2: Choose to create your questions from scratch, or based on an existing template.

  • Recommendation: Select an existing template, so you have something to work from.
If your interview question template is short and simple, it might make most sense to start from scratch.

Creating Interview Questions Based on a Template:

  1. Give your Interview Section a title

  2. Edit the Questions to match with what you'd like to input.

If you'd like to rearrange the order of the listed questions, you can drag and hold the 8 dot button to the left of the question to move questions higher up or lower down:

To delete a question, select the "trash" icon to the right of the question:

To add a question, hit Add Question at the bottom of the section:

To add a new section, hit Add Section below the current section(s):

You can use the arrows to switch the order of Sections:

Don't forget to click Save!

Please note you can edit your Interview Question Template at any time.
