Create Your Own Application Forms

Collect the right information from candidates when they apply

Application Forms let you control what information candidates submit, ensuring you capture everything you need upfront.

Only Admin users can create Application Forms.

Find Application Forms

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Customisation β†’ Application Forms.


Create an Application Form

  1. Click Add Application Form (top right).

  2. Give your form a clear name so it’s easy to recognise when assigning it to a job.

  3. Choose how to build your form:

    • Custom – start from scratch

    • Based on Template – start from an existing structure

Start with Based on Template to save time and ensure best-practice structure.


Build Your Form

Sections

  • Split your form into sections to keep it easy for candidates to complete.

  • Each section requires:

    • Title (visible to candidates)

    • Description (optional)

Questions

  • Add from a range of default questions (e.g. Academic Degree, Current Company, Salary Expectations).

  • Create custom questions to fully control what you ask and how candidates respond.

Well-structured forms improve completion rates and reduce follow-up questions later in the process.


Preview Your Application Form

Application Forms can only be previewed once they’re attached to a job.
