Create your own Application Forms

Collect the information you need from candidates when they apply

Let's get those application forms going!

​Step 1: Find Application Forms in the Organization Settings.

  • Please note only Admin users can access Organization Settings.

Step 2: Add Application Form:

  • Hit Add Application Form on the top right of the screen.

Step 3: Edit the Application Form:

  1. Give your application form a name so that you know how to recognise it when selecting the form at the job level.
    ​

  2. Choose whether to build your form from scratch (Custom) or Based on Template.

    • We'd recommend to select Based on Template first before deciding - it can be helpful to see the structure and edit from there:

Sections

  • You can split your application form into Sections

  • Each section needs a Title (visible to the candidate)

  • You can add a Description to your Section (optional)

Adding a new application quesstion

  • There are many different types of question you can add. The options e.g. "Academic Degree", "Current Company", "Salary Expectations" are default questions.

  • Custom questions can be created to have full control over what you are asking candidates and how you are asking it. See below for some examples.

How to preview your application form

  • assign your application form to a job and click "preview" to see what candidates will see.
