Different user permissions in Screenloop

There are two different permission levels in Screenloop: Admin and Basic.

To invite a user and set their permission level, go to Organization Settings -> Users:

  • Admin Users have access to all information and settings across the platform.

  • Basic Users only have access to candidate and job information for roles that they have been assigned to. They do not have access to Organization settings.

Admin and Basic users can be assigned to roles as 1 of 3 different access levels:

  1. Recruiter

  2. Hiring Manager

  3. Interviewer

- View candidates, but not move them along process

- Available for interview scheduling;
- Access interview kits for interviews they will attend;

- Access only their own analytics data from jobs/candidates;
- Access interviews they attend (except redacted content);

- Read emails on the ATS;
- Fill in scorecards;
- Refer candidates
- Access training content they have been assigned.

Basic

No job scope

- Referrals
- Training

- Refer candidates;
- Access training content they have been assigned.
