1. Provide Feedback with Ad-Hoc Scorecards and Ratings

Our new ad-hoc feedback feature allows you to easily submit feedback, even if no interview has occurred!

It’s now simpler than ever for your team to share insights whenever needed. To learn more on how to leverage these features, check this article.

2. Bulk Candidate Self-Scheduling

Save time with our bulk self-scheduling feature! Now, you can invite multiple candidates to schedule interviews at once, directly from the Candidates list or Pipeline view. This update eliminates repetitive steps and makes it easier to manage interviews efficiently.

Your candidates get a seamless scheduling experience, and your team can focus on what matters most.

3. Support Attachments in email templates

Effortlessly share documents with our new email template attachment feature! You can now attach files directly to your email templates, making it easy to send important resources or personalized documents to candidates.

This update saves you time by eliminating the need to manually attach files to each email and ensures consistency across your communications.

4. Factorial Integration

Our new integration with Factorial allows seamless synchronisation between Screenloop and your HR system, enabling you to export candidates directly while reducing manual tasks and boosting efficiency.

To enable the integration, go to the ‘Integrations’ menu on your Settings page and click the ‘Connect’ button next to the Factorial option.

You’ll be prompted to connect and authorize the integration. Once completed, the setup is finished, and the integration is ready to use.”
