Keep your talent pipeline organised and efficient with Candidate Tagging.

Categorise candidates using customizable tags — such as skills, experience, or hiring priority — so you can easily find and manage the right candidates without losing track of top talent.


How to Add Tags

  1. Open a candidate’s profile from the Candidates list or Job Pipeline.

  2. In the Profile tab, find the Tags card and click Add Tag.

  3. Type a tag (e.g., “Senior Developer,” “Top Talent”) and select an existing tag or create a new one.

  4. Click Save to apply the tag.

To remove a tag, simply click it in the candidate’s profile.


How to Search and Filter by Tags

  1. Go to the Candidates section.

  2. Click Add/Remove Filter and select Tags.

  3. Choose one or more tags to filter the list.

  4. Review the results and take action on the candidates that match.

By default, only candidates with an Active status appear. Update the filter to see additional results.
