On the Candidates page, you can complete bulk actions, which means you can Reject and Email multiple candidates in one go. And move multiple candidates to a new stage at once.

​Bulk rejecting candidates:

Please note when bulk rejecting candidates, they will not be notified of rejection unless you have a trigger set up for rejected candidates to receive a rejection email (at the job level).

​Bulk emailing candidates:

You can use a template for this email, or you can create your own from scratch. All candidates will receive the email once you hit "Send".

Bulk moving to stage:

Note: To move multiple candidates to a stage at the same time, the candidates need to be applicants of the same job. E.g. you cannot bulk move 2 candidates from 2 different jobs to a new stage.

To bulk move candidates to a new stage, select your candidates and click Move to Stage:

Then, you can select the stage you'd like to move your selected candidates to.
