Candidate Bulk Actions

Email, reject, or progress multiple candidates at once

Updated today

On the Candidates page, you can use bulk actions to manage multiple candidates at the same time. This helps you move faster when handling high application volumes.

You can bulk:

  • Review candidates

  • Reject candidates

  • Email candidates

  • Move candidates to a new stage

Bulk Candidate Review

Reviewing multiple candidates in succession is now possible with Screenloop. This feature helps you assess qualifications more efficiently while saving valuable time.

Bulk Candidate Review is available in multiple areas of the platform:

  • Candidates List

  • Job Pipeline

Candidates List

On the Candidates page:

  1. Select one or more candidates.

  2. A “Review Candidates” button will appear.

  3. Click the button to begin reviewing.

What You’ll See

A dedicated review screen will open displaying:

  • Candidate profile summary

  • Resume/CV (if uploaded)

  • Answers to Custom Application Questions (if included in the Application Form)

  • Total number of candidates remaining to review

Available Actions During Review

In the upper-right corner of the review screen, you’ll find four key actions:

1. Add Note

Leave comments and tag other users to support collaboration.

2. Reject

Reject the candidate and select a rejection reason.

  • If you plan to use the same rejection reason for other candidates in the list, select:
“Remember the reason for this list”

  • The reason will be pre-filled for subsequent candidates.

3. Move to the Next Stage

Advance the candidate to the next stage in the job workflow.

4. Skip

Take no action and move to the next candidate. Useful when you need more time to decide.

Review Summary

After all candidates have been reviewed, a summary screen will display an overview of the actions taken.

Job Pipeline

Bulk Candidate Review is also accessible directly from the Job Pipeline tab.

A “Review Candidates” button is available there and includes all the same functionality as the Candidates page review flow.
