Finding the Job Page
You can access all your jobs by clicking the Jobs button on the blue banner.
Tip: Use search or filters to quickly find specific jobs.
Understanding Job Tabs
Jobs are categorized by status. This helps you see which roles are live, in progress, or archived.
Tab | Meaning |
Published | Jobs visible on your careers page; candidates can apply. |
Open | Active jobs not yet live; candidates cannot apply. |
Draft | Jobs still being set up. |
Archived | Jobs that are no longer open. |
All | Shows all jobs from the above categories. |
Use these tabs to quickly understand the lifecycle of each job and manage applications accordingly.
Editing Existing Jobs
You can edit a job using either of the following methods:
From the Jobs List
Go to the Jobs tab.
Use the search or filters to find the job you want to edit.
Click the ellipsis menu (...) next to the job and select Edit.
From the Job Page
Navigate to the specific Job page.
Click the Edit button in the top-right corner.
Make your changes and click Save and Publish.
