Accessing Analytics
Click on the Analytics button in the right hand side menu to access the page.
Using Filters
Use the drop-down filters at the top of the dashboard to refine your data by:
Departments
Jobs
Locations
Dates
These filters apply across all analytics sections, allowing you to focus on the data that matters most.
Overview Metrics
The overview section provides a high-level snapshot of your hiring activity:
Job positions
Number of jobs included in the selected datasetAvg. Time to Hire
Average time from a candidate entering the pipeline to job offer acceptanceActive candidates
Number of candidates currently active in the selected datasetPass-through rate
Percentage of candidates hired from the selected dataset
Top Sources
Shows a breakdown of where candidates originated from within the selected dataset.
Top Interviewers
Displays:
Number of interviews conducted per interviewer
Interviewer approval rate within the selected dataset
Time
Visualises:
Time to Fill
Time to Hire
Displayed across time for the selected dataset.
Hiring Process Rates
Provides a breakdown of candidate outcomes within the selected dataset.
