Where to find Paid Job Boards


Go to your job → Job Boards.

You’ll see a list of available Job Board Bundles.
Each bundle shows:

  • Which job boards are included

  • How long the advert runs

  • The total cost

Bundles make pricing and campaign length clear before you buy.


Choosing the right bundle


Click More Info to see exactly which boards are included.


Filter by:

  • Job function

  • Industry

  • Relevance / Recommended

  • Price (High → Low or Low → High)

  • Newest / Oldest

Filtering helps you find the most effective promotion options for your role.

Posting on a specific job board?

Adding new job boards depends on third-party approval and demand.

Use the Search bar to find it.

If the job board isn’t available, reach out to your CSM who will request it from our job board provider.
(Boards with the most requests are prioritised.)

How to sponsor your job

Missing mandatory fields can block campaign creation.

Step 1

Click Add on the bundle(s) you want.

Step 2

Enter a Campaign Name
(Used later in performance reporting.)

Step 3

Enter the Job Title
(Usually the role name.)

Step 4

Enter the Job Location

  • Use the office address

  • For remote roles, use your HQ location

Step 5 (Optional)

Add Contact Details
(Usually the recruiter’s information.)

Step 6: Job Requirements

  • Years of Experience (Mandatory)

  • Salary (Optional)

  • Weekly Hours Range

    • Minimum: Optional

    • Maximum: Mandatory

    • If fixed hours, enter the same number in both fields

Step 7: Target Group

  • Education Level – Lowest required

  • Seniority – Most relevant level

  • Industry – Your company’s industry

  • Job Category – Closest match to the role

Better targeting improves candidate quality and campaign performance.

Step 8

Check your Cart (top right) to confirm the correct bundle(s).

To remove a campaign, click Remove in the Cart.


Step 9

Add Billing Information in the Cart.

Step 10

Review and Pay
Confirm all details and complete payment.

That’s it. Your campaign will be submitted to the job boards.


Tracking Performance

Go to Campaign Reporting.

You can see:

  • Campaign start and end dates

  • Number of clicks

  • Cost

  • Status

Status meanings:

  • In Progress – Campaign created, waiting for job board approval

  • Online – Job is live on the job board

Full visibility into spend and performance in one place.

For the duration shown in the selected bundle.
Check the End Date in Campaign Reporting.


How long does it take to go live?

Publishing speed is controlled by job boards, not Screenloop.

Jobs typically appear within 4–36 hours, depending on the job board.

Posting Paid Jobs to Indeed

If you already sponsor jobs on Indeed:

  1. Tell your Indeed contact that you use Screenloop as your ATS

  2. Share your Screenloop careers page link

  3. Indeed will connect Screenloop on their side

Once connected:

  • Any published job in Screenloop can be sponsored on Indeed

  • Jobs must meet Indeed’s quality guidelines

  • It can take up to 24 hours to appear
