Read on to learn how you can leverage paid job posts in Screenloop.
You can do this in the "Job Boards" section of your Job:

On the Job Boards Section you will see a list of all the available job board "bundles" that you can choose from.

Each bundle details the length of time the job advert is active and the cost associated with the bundle.
Not sure which Job Board Bundle to go for?
You can click "More Info" and see exactly which each bundle entails.

A tip is to filter job boards by job function and industry to surface job promotions that are more relevant to you.
You can also filter by Relevance, Recommended, Newest/Oldest, High Price/Low Price.

Want to post on a specifc job board?
You can use the Search bar to find the job board(s) you want to sponsor a job role on. If there are no options available for the job board you want, please let support@screenloop.com know. We will request the addition of the job board to our 3rd party job board provider. (Please note, job boards that receive the most requests will be prioritised).
Steps needed to sponsor your job:
Step 1: Click "Add" on the job board bundle(s) you want to choose for this role.

βStep 2: Give your Campaign a name, so you know which campaign it is when looking at the performance of the job post.
Step 3: Give your Job a Title (usually the name of the job role).
Step 4: Give your Job a Location. This is usually the address the role is based. If it's a remote role, HQ location will be fine.

βStep 5 (optional): Write down contact details. Usually the recruiter's details, for candidates to reach out to if they have questions.

βStep 6: Job Requirements.
Years of Experience (Mandatory)
Salary (Optional). If you require a currency that is not supported, please message supoprt@Screenloop.com and we will explore adding the currency for you.
Weekly hours range: Enter the minimum (optional) to the maxium (mandatory) hours of work a week this role requires. If it is a fixed number of hours, put the same numberfor both the fields.
Step 6: Target Group
Education Level: Select the lowest education level required for this role.
Seniority: Select the most relevant seniority level for this role.
Industry: Select the most relevant Industry of your company.
Job Category: Select the mots relevant job type for this role.

Step 7: Once you have entered all required information, we recommend you double check you have added the correct bundle(s) via your Cart, at the top right of the screen.
If you want to remove a campaign that you added, you can click remove via the Cart:
Step 8: Add Billing Information via the Cart.
Step 9: Review and Pay.
Ensure all information is correct and pay for the sponsored role.

How do I track the performance of my paid job post?
You can view job performance via Campaign Reporting:
Here you can see when the job was posted, when the campaign will be ending, how many clicks you've had on the job post via the campaign, the cost, and the status.

The status will change from "In Progress" to "Online" once the role has been posted by the job board.

How long will my job role be sponsored?
Your sponsored job will last the length the time of the campaign. You can confirm the campaign end date by checking "End Date" under Campaign Reporting.
How long will it take for my job to hit job boards?
In line with industry standards, your role can take anywhere from 4-36 hours for your role to land on job boards.
How do I publish my roles to Indeed?
If you already have an account with Indeed and do sponsored posts, you can let your assigned contact at Indeed know you are using Screenloop as an ATS. Share your Screenloop careers page link with them and they can link up Screenloop to Indeed on their side.
Once they confirm it's connected, any jobs you publish in Screenloop should publish to indeed. Please note Indeed will only pick up jobs that meet their guidelines. It can take up to 24 hours for your role to land on Indeed.
