There are two ways to post to job boards via Screenloop.
Organic Posting: Free job board posting.
Here you can post your role(s) to job boards for free, including LinkedIn.

2. Marketplace: Paid job board campaigns.
This includes posting to specific job boards and running job board campaigns where your roles can be marketed on job boards e.g. LinkedIn.
For a full list of job boards supported in the marketplace, reach out to your CSM.
This article will focus on Organic Posting.
Posting your role to free job boards:
See video below detailing how to post a role to free job boards. You will need to fill all fields when publishing your role:
Step 1: Toggle free job boards On.
Please note that free job boards work in a "Toggle All" way (you cannot pick and choose which free job boards you post to).
Step 2: Add job posting details.
On the right hand side, you need to add in your job posting details.
Job Category: Select the job category that best aligns with the role from the drop-down.
Industry: Select the industry that best aligns with the role from the drop-down.
Salary Period: Select the time period for which the job is salaried (Yearly or Monthly). E.g. for a role that is £50k per year, you'd advertise as £50k at Yearly. For contract or short-term roles, monthly might be the relevant option.
Salary Currency: Select the currency that the salary is in. If you need to advertise in a salary that is not listed, reach out to your CSM.
Company LinkedIn ID: Must be populated in order for the role to post to LinkedIn. For instructions on finding your Company Linkedin ID, read this article.
Location: Input the location of the job role. If the role is globally remote, best practice is to enter the location of your company HQ.
Allows Remote Work: If remote work is allowed for the role (either fully remote or hybrid), select Yes. If the role is on-site, select No.
Contact Information: Enter the point of contact's information for this role. Most likely this will be the recruiter.
Step 3: Save and publish.
Last step is to hit Save and Publish on the role. Please note if the role will only be pushed to job boards if it is in Published status.

How long will it take for my job to hit job boards?
In line with industry standards, your role can take anywhere from 4-36 hours for your role to land on job boards.
How do I know if my role has landed on a job board?
You can see if your role has landed on a job board by checking your LinkedIn, or searching for the role on the job boards supported.
Why hasn't my job been posted on a job board?
It might be the case that the job board hasn't picked it up yet (if still <36 hours since you posted the role to job boards). If your role isn't live after 36 hours, it could be that the location or industry do not align with the roles that the job board publishes, or that the role doesn't align with guidelines of the board. E.g. LinkedIn will not accept your job post if the role already exists on LinkedIn.

How do I know where a candidate has applied from?
You can track candidate source via the Sources tab in Screenloop.
If a candidate applies via a free job board through the "Organic Posting" method, the candidate source will be "Organic Posting Network".
If you post to external job boards e.g. Indeed or Otta, we strongly recommend including all the job boards that you post to as a Source, if they do not already exist as sources.
Please ensure you update your Sources with all your candidate sources in Screenloop.

How do I publish my roles to Otta?
If you have an account with Otta, you'll need to inform Otta that you're using Screenloop as an ATS. Either message your assigned contact at Otta, or simply update your ATS link to your Screenloop careers page link on Otta.
Once the connection is made, any roles you publish on Screenloop will be posted to Otta, and candidate applications will come directly into the ATS.
How do I publish my roles to Indeed?
If you already have an account with Indeed and do sponsored posts, you can let your assigned contact at Indeed know you are using Screenloop as an ATS. Share your Screenloop careers page link with them and they can link up Screenloop to Indeed on their side.
Once they confirm it's connected, any jobs you publish in Screenloop should publish to indeed. Please note Indeed will only pick up jobs that meet their guidelines. It can take up to 24 hours for your role to land on Indeed.
