Free Job Boards – Post your role to multiple job boards at no cost, including LinkedIn Limited Listings.
Best for maximising reach quickly without budget.
Paid Job Boards – Post to specific boards or run paid campaigns (e.g. sponsored LinkedIn jobs).

How to Post your Role to Free Job Boards
Free job boards work on a network basis. You cannot choose individual boards; your role is sent to all supported free boards automatically.
See the video below detailing how to post a role to free job boards. You will need to fill all fields when publishing your role:
Enable Free Job Boards
Open your job in Screenloop.
Go to Step 5: Free Job Boards.
Toggle Free Job Boards ON.
This is a “Toggle All” setting.
One toggle sends your role to all supported free boards automatically.
One toggle gives you broad distribution with zero extra work.
Complete Job Posting Details
Missing or inconsistent fields can prevent your job from being published.
Job Category – Best match for the role
Industry – Best match for the company
Salary Period – Yearly or Monthly
Salary Currency – Currency of pay
Company LinkedIn ID – Required for LinkedIn posting
Location – Use company HQ if fully remote
Allows Remote Work – Yes (remote/hybrid) or No (onsite)
Contact Information – Usually the recruiter
Clean, complete data increases approval rates and visibility on job boards
Save and publish
Click Save and Publish.
Only jobs in Published status are sent to job boards.

Posting Jobs to Indeed
Screenloop is fully integrated with Indeed.
You can post without an Indeed account or sponsored setup.
Important:
If you run sponsored jobs on Indeed, contact your rep first.
Jobs must meet Indeed guidelines (salary accuracy, job type).
It may take up to 24 hours for jobs to appear.
Open your job
Go to Step 5: Free Job Boards
Toggle Indeed ON
Easy Apply is enabled by default
Complete all required fields
Click Save and Publish
Posting Jobs to Otta
Tell Otta you use Screenloop as your ATS, or update your ATS link in Otta to your Screenloop careers page.
Once connected, published roles sync automatically.
Applications flow directly into Screenloop — no manual posting required.
Posting Jobs to LinkedIn
LinkedIn approval is controlled by LinkedIn, not Screenloop.
LinkedIn applies strict review rules and audits.
If your job isn’t live after 36 hours:
Check LinkedIn Help Center
For new users, request LinkedIn approval for the feed registered under “Ingoedebanen”.
Once approved, posting becomes automatic and scalable.
Where can I find my LinkedIn Company ID?
Where can I find my LinkedIn Company ID?
As a LinkedIn Page Admin, navigate to the Admin View of the LinkedIn Page from the All Pages or Home tab.
The LinkedIn company ID is a set of numbers after "/company/" in the URL. For example, if the Admin URL for the LinkedIn Page is https://www.linkedin.com/company/8681905/admin/, the company ID is 8681905.
