Job Workflows

Standardise and streamline your hiring pipelines

Job Workflows are reusable templates that define the stages of a job’s hiring process, including interviews, scorecards, and candidate review.
They save time, maintain consistency, and help teams follow best practices across multiple roles.

Job workflows can only be managed by Admin users.


Creating a Job Workflow

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Customisation β†’ Job Workflows.

  2. Click Add Job Workflow (top right).

  3. Enter a Workflow Name.

  4. Choose to build from scratch or start from an existing template.

Building a Template from Scratch

  1. Click Add Stage to create your first stage.

  2. Enter a Stage Name.

  3. Configure optional settings:

    • Bulk candidate review – review multiple candidates at once

    • Send an Offer – can only be set for one stage per workflow

    • Anonymised Candidate Screening – redacts candidate info (interviews disabled)

  4. Toggle Include an Interview if needed:

  5. Click Submit to save the stage.

  6. Repeat steps 2–6 for additional stages.

  7. Click Save (top right) to save the workflow.

Custom workflows ensure every job follows the same process and standards.

Start from an Existing Template

  1. Toggle Based on Template on.

  2. Select a template from the dropdown.

  3. Workflow stages load automatically.

  4. To reorder stages, drag and drop the stage boxes.

  5. To edit a stage, click the stage box, update details in the panel, and click Submit.

  6. Click Save to save the workflow.

Quickly reuse proven workflows while tailoring stages if needed.


2. Editing a Workflow

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Customisation β†’ Job Workflows.

  2. Click the ellipsis (…) β†’ Edit next to the workflow.

Reorder Stages

  • Drag and drop stage boxes to the desired order.

Edit a Stage

  • Click the stage card

  • Update fields in the panel

  • Click Submit

Delete a Stage

  • Click the bin icon on the stage

  • Click Delete to confirm



​3. Enable Offers in a Workflow

  1. Find the workflow under Settings β†’ Job Workflows.

  2. Click ellipsis (…) β†’ Edit.

  3. Select the stage where offers should be sent.

  4. Toggle Do you want to send an Offer at this stage? to Yes.

  5. Click Submit (for the stage) and Save (for the workflow).

Integrates with Signable Offers, streamlining the offer process directly from the workflow.
